Find the correct file, then find the certain package and edit it. That's about it.

No. And the reason is simple. People stopped to even try to understand the way files work. They want ready-to-use solutions. You didn't even try to look up the things, just made a post without even using the ******* "Search" function. There is literally no reason to "help" a person that didn't even try to look up the stuff and just created the thread that was made at least 20 times already. Any decent forum gives away warnings for stuff like this. Go away and learn something that may help you with creating something useful.

All 5 of your posts contain all kind of "requests", asking for help, or asking for reuploads of the files. There should be no help for such people.

I think it had to be spoken by someone after all these years. People want free stuff, with completely zero knowledge. I know a dozen of so-called "server owners" that asked me trillions of questions and failed to even open US2012 servers with all of these tutorials available. Forget custom content, they can't even handle the basics of Windows.

Ok sod this. Since a lot of reverse engineering is going on at present, it’s only a matter of time before servers arise out of the nowhere. Now i am developing R2, i am going to write the guide to the whole of 9d.I will give 1/2 phase possibilities.
I will show where to read data structures from source and give a guide, how to structure that into record structures, either by using an app like 010 editor, or using c# to decode the itemtable,monsterref,skilltable. Ofc these are the 3 fundamental files to start with.
I am going to open Pandora’s Box to 9D to allow new hosters to try their luck. Edwood called us ********. Wrong, i will assist all who wish to learn.

I think it’s about time zero burners original dummy’s guide to kick start a pserver, needs to have a big heads up start to keen oncoming hosters. Well I will start to give a complete documentary. I am sick and tired of half assed people here either complaining or the people being targeted not assisting. Let’s blow this MMORPG wide open. Competition is what makes a challenge better for other servers. I promise to all i will give a full guide
So all contenders by all means message me.

Thanks for your sharing. I am not a slacker. I spend more than 10 hours a day learning what I need online. My shortcoming is that k knows about RE and C ++. So I just went up and asked for help, not asking for anything from others

thank you . I have been able to do it. I recognize you as a skilled person and keep those skills to your benefit. I am willing to share what I know with anyone on the board. even if it's something on the forums I am ready to answer. Just one answer saves the other person a lot more time than a whine.

Adek, after all the verbal attacks in the past, one has to surmise such a statement. If you meant that, yes i will go through the step by step process. But i will at the same time, make sure the information sinks in and not just give a solution. I will take them through the process, by giving only the basic pointers. I will expect them to fill in the missing requirements of the tasks required to solve each solution. I don’t mind teaching, as long as they show interest and not out there for easy way out solution from the person willing to help.

Perhaps, you should show your wisdom there too. Everyone on here with knowledge as far as i am concerned is acting high strung. Trying to better themselves over others. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. What ever the case, this should now be put to rest.

One thing i do know is, to keep this MMORPG alive, we stop the toxicity floating back to 9D. People still love to play it. We are not setting a good example, if we wish 9D to stay alive. I suggest to all people posting now on the forums, if you wish to see more people playing 9dragons, even though its old, keep your anger at bay and let the hosters of these pservers do their own thing, to allow 9d to stay alive.This year was awful, i am sure we dont want to let new comers see such hatred. Put it this way as a new gamer, would you play with such hatred involved.

BTW Happy Christmas to all of the 9d community. That applies to people i never saw eye to eye also. I don’t hold grudges. This time of year, is for celebration, even though we are all under a lot of pressure, from this pandemic. I do say to all of you guys, stay safe and be careful over the festive season. Hope to hear and see replies from everyone here, from now through to the foreseeable future
