[9DVN] No Casting Time Hack ~~

Hello guys

This one is for 9DVN

How to use [9DVN]:
-Open 9DVN
-Run "NoCastingTimeONVN.exe" = Enable
-Run "NoCastingTimeOFFVN.exe" = Disable
-You should see "Hack successfully injected!"
-Login your nuker/healer whatever...
-Look on the skills that had Casting-Time before, it should now be INSTANT CAST

Hello guys ;) I've made an hack for 9D that works on patch 107 It removes Casting Time (Makes it Instant Cast).
