SCR_BASE out of client ?

Hey guys , I was wondering,is there a way to have the SCR_BASE file only in server side?
I saw the 9ds is doing that.

Im tierd of people who try to hack non stop.

9ds embedded it inside a DLL, you can't have it only on the server side because the client needs a lot of data itself.
