It's old 9DPK. Just insert a dot between "9ds" and "onl" - and you have the URL.

not recommended to play Eclipse at this moment due martin's corruption , he only care for him self and money on your pocket

If you disconsider all the evidence that was posted about how the GM handed out items and operational tools to the players, then yes.
I'd say for anyone to really support eclipse via donations right now, they would have to either benefit from it or be stupid.
