Some users are finding it difficult to understand and fill out the registration process at ZingID's

• The thumbnail to the right is a translated page of the Vietnamese version which you will be heading to next
• Press to register
• Follow the instructions on our translated version
• Note: Do not create a UID with numbers or symbols!
• After completion press the 'Tao tài khoàn' button ('Create Account')

• After completion this pop-up will appear
• Now press 'Cập nhật' (Update)
• Continue onto the Activation & Confirmation Section of this tutorial

• The thumbnail to the right is a translated page of the Vietnamese version which you should be at now
• Follow the instructions on our translated version

After you have pressed agree, another page will follow that translates to the following:

[FONT="Arial"][I]System sent to you via email inbox [U][/U]. 
Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the update process.[/I][/FONT]

Note:

• If you do not find email in your inbox, please check the spam folder.

If you still cannot find the email, please click on the link "send email confirmation" in the "Account Information".

• Now go to your email and click on the long URL provided within from ID 2
• You will then be taken to the confirmation page which translates to:

[FONT="Arial"][I]Congratulations, you've confirmed your email address successfully.[/I][/FONT]

You should now be able to log into your new account providing you have:

For Standard Client Users:

• Updated to the latest version

For Patched Client Users:

• Updated to the latest version
• Downloaded by
  Original thread found
• Downloaded
  Original thread by found

I'm getting the 'Account not Registered' notice!



A few people are having huge problems with this.
It's a known issue that's been around before I became active, and we have yet to resolve this issue.

Until Further Notice: 03.04.10

• There is word that 9DVN is due to close within a fortnight of this post update, at this time I will not be opening accounts for new users that suffer from the above error.
• ratxxx could possibly still help in regards to opening new accounts.

It's a good guide, unfortunately it still doesn't solve the "Account Not Registered" for everyone. I've had a few people try it and we haven't had any luck.

Anyone else?

saweet i know the fix il post a guide later u have to conferm an email aswell and you have to update account

ok here goes first follow the guide above by GoodOldJase and THANK HIM 4 helping u all

then when u reach the second pic click update

ok fill in this form note it must be a vialid email adress so that u can activate the account. even for the option phone i put letters*


ok then you will get a screen like this

ok now u must go to your email inbox and find the email and just click the link it gives you (the really big one)

as you click the link it will popup with

AND YOUR DONE U CAN START PLAYING^^

Nah I've been doing that for ages. I use to be one of the people that never had problems making accounts. Then one day all the sudden I couldn't make anymore. Oh well, not like I'm short on accounts

I have done all the steps , "activated my account by mail" ... still cant play. It says account not registered . Can someone help me ?

I'll endeavor to stock up on more accounts later on today, for such cases.
I'll PM you an account when I am able to create more.

Registration seems to be down again, it looks to me that it only works certain times of the day in my experience, as I have opened many accounts for users with this problem.

Keep us informed if you succeeded either here or in chat.
