On lower side maps, you might not have a lot of people to form a party to begin with considering the population of privates.

Maybe so friends can play together at least in dungeons. Some like black clans some like white.
This should offer more variety.

You should increase the HP of the boss then, maybe will make it more fun. Or maybe add a "Hard mode" to it so higher levels can flex...not worth it, but if doable..might be fun.

I never liked the idea of mixed factions, for example in World of Warcraft, but in 9dragons's case I do.

I had several times that I started to play on a server fresh, and started on a side, but later I've met some nice people in Hefei for example, there was no other way besides trading to help each other out.
You had to change sides (which is inconvinient since you already put effort into the character,or just the fact that you like this clan for example), but now, you will be able to play your desired clan/role and still be able to play with friends met on opposing side.

I think this will make the server and it's community more alive, 9dragons won't have millions of active players so this will bring life to it, more parties and such, I think things like this will make the game a better experience for the remaining 9dragons lovers.
The game should have things like this, unlike how it is at redfox, the game seems active at first sight, but then, it's afks mostly, standing in hefei for monthly rewards, which in my opinion is really unhealthy and makes the community disaffected and inactive.

In my opinion, if monthly rewards wouldn't come from standing still but from achieving something in the month would make the game more alive, also more rewarding, I mean PvE & PvP rewards, for participating, completing, winning, etc.

(And not just buffs, maybe crafting materials,cosmetics, high lvl PvE pass, or some kind of rewards, so it's worth to participate and try to achieve it, also, this would keep it more alive, more alive then the basic Black vs White where you only win buffs, it would draw more attention if there is a price you get, it would have more meaning.)

Also I think it would be great if there would be separated rewards for PvE and PvP activities, so you will have to earn them on their separated ways.

I don't know how possible these are, but in my opinion these would be some great additions.

They did just that most likely or something similar.
More revamped dungeons will follow.

Yep, pretty sure we don't know what we're doing.
Pretty sure some random nondevelopers will make an amazing server out of bits and pieces stolen from different parts xD.

Read what you said one post ago. Did you try the new ND client with tons of added custom features ?

I am sure many players will be impressed by the new client.

Why don't you ask the players or the devs how many players do they have daily. And for how long has the beta been running. That should give you a few clues to the state of the server.

It's not one post go, it's several. But it seems to be irrelevant to me. I get your point, I did not partake it tho.
