9d Eclipse Question

Does this server even work?
I installed everything and somehow my game window gets a not responding thing on the bamboo village screen. I don`t even get to see my toon in the game cause it crashes.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

From what I remember, the client can be extremely temperamental and any number of things could cause it to crash. I think there is a error log file in the games directory. Try looking at that for some suggestions?

Want to know how Eclipse is? People saying there is to much farm so guess what they do...add more farm .I'm just waiting to see what Bogdy and his team brings us...

As long as we don't find any exploits being used on your account, you won't be banned, forum ban/ chat ban are different discussions, knowing you.

Our goal is to fix exploits, not ban people after they use them, that being said, there's a limit to our 0.5 build, most limits will be lifted on 1.0, but that is a different discussion for a different time.

If you manage to solve the SCR_BASE, VR_ENVI (and a few more) editing I'll applaud you.

I'm not a programmer but maybe create a procedure (inside ninedragons.exe preferably - since you have the full source?) that sends heartbeat checks every X minutes to the server. You'd also have to implement it on the server side but I think it's hard work, I'm not even sure if it's possible.
