Hi. Please can any1 say a very good buid for Nuker OC1.
PvE build.And what`s the best epi for Nuker?

I would have a build of 0 str, 1k ess, 1k con, 0 dex, and the rest into wis at OC1.

And the best epi is (if your hacking epis in VN it's Shen Mo) Secret Solver...it's the closest to your level. Then later on when you're higher you can get Shen Mo.

My FC2 char on 9D US has max wis and about 10k VE lol...low HP but that's what shields are for and I hit crazy 20k+ crits my max was 40k wish GB WD +5...imagine +12 Hermit or w/e xD
