Graphic mods anyone?

hi everyone. Played 9d a very little bit in the last 2 years, much more off then on. My friends and I spend more time in the CO dept. Well, recently some friends and i have started playing again. I'm not really interested in hack, Im much more interested in altering the in game graphics. Does anyone know how to extract the archives yet? Has anyone seen this done before in 9D? if anyone knows of a site, could you link to it so we could check it out? We'd release our edits for all, and we're very accomplished 2d/3d editors. k, thnx to anyone who answers. pce all.

There's a method for modding 9D textures or sounds.
You can extract textures from .XP files with NovaExtractor. They are unencrypted .TGA and .DDS graphics in that files.
To place back your textures in the archive, you can use a hex editor.
I don't know much about model files. Editing model files would be more interesting.
