Normally, I would agree with you, however... This is the exact thing which makes every server unique, what they can do/find/fix given the current resources.
It's ironic that the OP asked if Windows 8.1 was supported for a server and I gave him a reply which I feel like he has regurgitated into his own thread. We were all well aware that gameguard wasn't compatible with 8.1 and most of the fixes for 8.1 gg have come from the Cabal community.
Most servers that run gameguard are using the 8.1 fix provided by CabalSEA:

The OP is semi-right, it works, indeed, but only for few minutes before the client will not sync with the new GG and it will close your game giving you the generic " Macro/ hack detected".
