Local server [Login Failed]

I get login failed on every account I try, even any created ones. I instantly get a message Login failed. on login server it says label error ret = 13. I made 2 servers now and still get this error how can I fix it.

What do you mean ? do you have skype?

He meant that if you used another patch than included in Zero's tutorial you can face some things like that. If you used only the Zero's batch, it's gonna be different story. Did you change IP on login svr?

Im only using zero patchs 188 and you mean login svr by serverEnv?

was httpd\htdocs\patches
should be httpd\htdocs\nd1\patches
was missing authentication in cgi bin
