Ok, let me make a nice observation.
Remember when play9d (the manager) made fun of GC and how they couldn't keep up with them because they increased the rates as opposed to bringing new content? Guess what GC seems to have followed their advice... In the end, GC got way better than ANY private server... Play9D paid their dues by sending its community to the best present choice, GC .
He neved had the cash... He was given maybe 5-10% of the in-come.
He is currently the manager of the only elsword private server, having development tools/ server source/ client source, everything... I've played on their server, it's amazing the control you have over the server when you have the testing/development tools and the client source.
Also, it was obvious that all the money will be lost... Nothing lasts forever, although the deco's are named "eternity", you won't fully make use of that duration. xD
Some will return when they see what content they brought.
Yup. CC dungeons, ref clothes and great events (sometimes I think it's less p2w than earlier, but maybe it's only my opinion though). But they didn't release nothing new lately, I'm curious about that. They should add that 'GPS' thing, which help you to find NPC/mobs in quests.

But - did they forget about it?
They focused on more important systems/content.
It's as pay to win as ever and as pay to win as any 9d server.
GC doesn't add new content anymore because they know they are the best and nobody can outdo them, so no need to stress anymore. This is part of the reason I don't join GC anymore, they only updated as a response to play9d, never did it because of the players. There was a financial benefit from updates aswell (p2w cloth refine).
