I just saw this CLTB 9dragons server and wanna try it could anyone help me translate it in english ? also pls tell me how

After download, extract this archive file, copy NDTEXTDB_VN.xsd to {Game folder}\Data\Script and replace other NDTEXTDB_VN.xsd

Login game:
-> Run VaoGameCLTB.exe

Fix hackshield error:
-> SuaLoiHackShield.exe -> click the biggest button as administrators

Help i always get this error when i try logging in ... i already run the SuaLoiHackshield
