Every role and clan has their advantages and disadvantages. There's plenty of information about it on the official 9Dragons Acclaim forums, just search for a Guide or Tutorial for your preferred role.
I will say that most of us from epvp play on the white clans. And we consist of mostly Shaolin nukers, Beggar hybrids and nukers, and very few play Wu-Tang warriors or hybrid. The reason for so many nukers is that the majority of us use delay hack.
But that doesn't mean you shouldn't pick what you want. I started with a str hybrid, which doesn't work well with delay hack unless it's a CK hybrid. Warriors are a must so it's kinda funny that nobody really plays one.
