I also wrote an Update Manager and it is very experimental. It's a separate program and it doesn't do automatic updates. This decision was by popular vote. You simply run the program, check for updates. If updates are available, you choose what you want.
It does NOT always work 100%. Like I said it is experimental and at this point, I won't even consider any bug reports about it. It might not even continue working on it, we will see.
Download
I also updated the installer so that you can choose what to install. Core files, Data files (teleport, quests, etc), and Extras (Editor and Updater)
- 9Disciple Installer for 1.0 Build 3702
Thanks to - added some of his teleport locations - used his quest list

1. On the script tab, should be excellent if have more check box Auto Pick immediately items which we throw away when we got it.
2. Quest 2 tab, i checked all Bypass Delay, Quick send it made CPU usage 100%.
The rest worked well, about the GUI of hack nothing to say, wonderful.
Thanks saweet

Yes, that is normal. If you don't have at least a dual-core cpu I probably wouldn't use those settings. It is literally no delay, so the program will use all the CPU it can to satisfy that.
I will clarify the difference between Bypass Delay and Quick Send.
Each time 9Disciple sends a packet, there is a 100 ms delay. This is to prevent disconnecting and also reduces using so much CPU. Say a quest has 10 steps. It will send 10 packets, 1 for each step. Each packet has 100 ms added for a total of 1 second to cycle through all the steps.
Quick Send bypasses this 100 millisecond delay per packet.
Bypass delay on the other hand works differently. After it sends all the quest steps it will wait your delay time before sending the all the quest steps again.
