hmm i found the address and changed it to 1 sec and i see the icon recast time 1 sec(or something like that) but im unable reuse it as soon as i did the skill is this normal?

ya the adresses are from different things so try changing slots of the skill and try again
maybe a pic would be better??

Note, was quite hard to find that out but you will have it so freakn easy,
Log in, search for 0 in Float. Do a skill on dummy or mob and search for increased value. Do this as long as you have like 20 values left.
Now you need to look in the small adress window and search one which eds up with E-41 ; E-38 or E-30
Take it, change to 0 and freeze.

Just wan't to share what i've found earlier on expirementing some addresses on CE.... :)
First download CE or Sora Engine 2.3 also you need a bypass CABALBOT will do
1. Run your bypass(Cabalbot) then open your cabal client login...
2. Once you're in game open your CE or Sora Engine 2.3
3. Then make your cabalmain.exe as a target
4. Click "ADD ADDRESS MANUALLY"
5. Now put this info in the blank fields
