making accounts is blocked(by blocked making accounts i mean you can make some but it will never work) the reason is unknown and the time of blocking is unknown too(i think it has to do with duping since the dupers would get they're account banned but they could just remake another account) so yea pretty much you cant make any account for now sorry =/
