Seems like the xp there sucks so hard that it feels like minus rates. Like -0.5x or smth. You'll never get across LS12.

Players got used to a low-middle exp rate, why would you insult someone for that reason?
It's been like that since private server era began:

players getting used to higher than officials exp rates, getting bored, trying to find other private server just to not play on officials because it's boring.

People were, are and are going to be impatient.

Well said, i believe this term is known as the evolution of 9 Dragons. Nobody likes low rates anymore, wait let me rephrase that. Most people don't like low rates anymore. There are still some who couldn't care less, tip my hat to you. But since Play 9 D has spoilt half the population, any exp rate that doesn't feel close or higher than Play 9 D feels like ****. This is a total fact. Once you show humans a gun or any advanced weaponry they will hardly ever go back to using spears and shields.

My bad , I've read LS12 incorrectly. I apologize. But still. I doubt that private servers will win over official ones, especially if they're stealing members.

That is why i hate where 9D is headed ( I miss the old Acclame days when,despite the low rates,everyone was one big happy effing family.Every class had a purpose and a role.Healers were wanted for leach parties,for heals/buffs and it felt ****** good to know that noobs love you when you buff them or help them in dungeons(and healers were a must in dungeons).
Now....everything can be solo'ed thanks to banners;having a disciple is no longer needed since you can just buy contrib. points;no point in farming low lv dungeons and dungeon titles are obsolete since every noob now runs around with Blood Stained (heaven expert);killing other ppl for karma is a thing of the past since you can just farm karma using alternate accounts.
Every thing is given to us on a silver platter and it's making us lazy.Getting every thing too easy is what's going to make 9d boring.
Despite all that i'll still play 9d every now and then just because it bring back nice memories.

Just checking in again, thought I'd spill my 2 cents. Exp rate isn't important as long as you're having fun with friends. Every time I've dedicated a lot of time to this game it has always been because of other people. In my opinion what sucks is when you're playing competitively and they periodically increase the rates (likely to maintain balance), causing everyone you left in the dust to narrow the level difference.
