I used to do it a long time ago and strip GG from the exe. Thus you have about 5 mins (for old versions) until a server heartbeat signal was sent. During that time you can do many things, like fly, teleport, speed hack, delays, etc. If you change map this time is restarted and you have those around 5 mins again. But *sigh* I don't play it anymore, so not interested in it.
However if you insist, I can unpack it for you. AFAIR size of the unpacked exe was like 20MB
