To play Korean version YOu need to have Korean social number ( Or something like this ) Which only KR people got ;].

i used to have about a dozen just for signing up for mmo's. lost my list though. good chance that your IP range will be blocked anyway. i've heard the Korean server is the same as the Japanese server, which isnt as nice as the Viet imo =)
