As for the plvl I don't see any way in doing it. Because other highlvl player killing mobs that are higher than you won't help at all.

Because it's true, there's like 20-25% of Play9D forum users that actually know about epvp.

Plvl? It's only work on R3. You make a DB8+ nuker/ck char and going to Loulan. You get ~10% on DB8-IM mobs. You can use it to make party shared with lower lvls. And voila!
