Play 9D patch! Help!

I saw the link of the patch I need to download to repair that HS error, but its just me or any1 else cant even visit the website? I'm trying to open the link, but it says: "Server cannot be reached" or smth like that... o.O

Btw, don't worry guys, server is still online is just that we can't connect bcuz of the h shield.
