Change language in vietnam server

Hello friends, I just want to know how to change the language of the file server xsd vietnam, and try the translation program to change the language used in the Japanese server but does not work. I appreciate any help.

If he wants to translate it with GC EU/US file he can't, it's encoded.
Working only with GC US / EU. Unless he know how to uncode it.
It was ******* hard way to translate it (I'm working on update 1.6 to my XSD)

opposite of "encode" was "decode"
"decode" is possible ! if your skill enough to use DASM Ninedragons.exe and add 2 more functions for force load a Auto Decode .dll file
