A question of Hermit Event

I saw some people with the weapons of this event, i have mine too, that's not the problem.
The problem is, how can they catch the weapons from the blue tables (they are droped form 120 to 220 lvl) with the Five dragons character?

There is any system for put the tablets in the bank or the weapon?

PD: We can't trade this hermit weapons event with other players or the banker for any character we have in the account.
