well i still want to know if do you use aditional files or only hexpor files ... and yes is so hard to find vc++ 6.0 i just found portable versions ( 80 mb size) ...

o.O last time i checked was still only a CD or two. Ofc, add some SDK's, DDK's, MSDN Offline and it really goes wild, but plain VC6 should be around a CD give or take. Heck, even Studio's are a DVD or so (minus service packs).
Cant' get it anymore through official channels cause of the JVM issue, but its bound to be floating around since it's a pretty heavily used version (to maintain piles of legacy stuff).

Think he's using Thai version, the files on this thread iirc are an old Acclaim version that will quite likely not even have Icy on it.
Not that it's a bad thing, i'd kill for the CS cap version of 9D... Only needed a few very minor tweaks to make it the most awesome PvP MMO ever. Amazing how Indy got so close to DoingItRightTM and then ended up messing it all...

From what i can grep from Google, you have a mismatch between your DX SDK and the last DX SDK VC6 can actually work with.
Solution seems to be either finding the last DX SKD that works with VC6 or upgrade the whole shebang to VS2ksomething.

dunno if that will work because there are files missing from the hexpor release if we could get a database we could create a offline 9d

You can track/fix every DB error it throws until you "rebuild" a working DB of sorts, but yes, the major road block till now has always been getting the DB.
Wonder how warv0x got it, cant really believe they had it so badly conf'ed he managed to make it dump itself...
