Need honest advice.

Hello everyone, sorry if this sounds silly or this question was already answered but i couldn't find it. I have a couple of questions here. I'm currently playing on Play9D and I have no items and I would like to ask which "proffesion" would be easiest to grind without good gear and with which I would do most damage? I am talking about CK healer, CK hybrid or a nuker. Also I've seen posts about CK courage which healer have. What is that? Cause i have never heard of it. Is it a skill or a mastery?

CK hybird , you will have nice Heal , nice buffs , high damage skills (CK with def decrease)
