ugh.. another problem

haha ive been posting a lot..but yet another problem..i played thai 9dragons a lot yesterday using 9disciple and this morning i logged in just fine for awhile.. now when i started up my 9disciple and started up the 9dragons shortcut it starts up but the 9dragons doesnt come up.. it just shows up on the taskbar and starts playing the music.. when i click on it on the task bar it brings my mouse icon to the top left of the screen but 9dragons still doesnt pop up..i didnt change any settings since this morning..anyone got a solution?..easy fix hopefully...thanks

Try to click on it then right click and make window big or the click the one on top few times

i understand now...but it only gives me option to minimize, move, or close

it has to do something with the modified shortcut because i can open the original one just fine

That's a new one on me, did you try deleting and replacing the shortcut?
It only seems logical since you don't have problems executing ninedragons.exe directly.

It's got me stumped still though as you said it was working yesterday with no changes made since.

i deleted and replaced the short cut.. i even replaced the ndreg.. none of that worked so i ended up deleting my D9 folder and reinstalling it and going from there..and after that the shortcut i made after that worked..im very curious to what caused the other one to fail.

I had the same.

You played on Window, yeah? I did that:
- change Windowed to Fullscreen, change resolution, if you want, too.
- run the game
- if it's working, quit the game
- return it to Window...

IDK why it happens, but I had the same.
