you can use window mode on 9Dragons but I didnt tyred yet if you can resize them , then.
Just try your luck^^

You can use window mode and try to change the resolution to change the size.

lol when u get on the update screen press "Enter"
Then go into "Change" which is next to resoltion
Then click the size you want ^_^
