What's the Q ID, steps and checked for Gosts returned to heaven part IV? I heard that you can hack it... tell me, I didn't founded.. tnx

It's included into quest list in 9DiscipleTH. You need to change TOTAL STEPS to 18. And don't check PREVENT TAKE ITEMS.
