how can i calculate the number of quest steps for a given quest and also know which is the current step i am in right now so that i can use it in 9disciple?

You couldn't such "calculate" - you must try.

Current step is auto-updating xD it means that you do something in quest - current step is increased :P

2. I'm not sure about level. You must check that you have that quest avaible in Liaodong.
