How i can make the weapons win Hardness?

Hardness can be add'ed with Dragon Scales from item mall and if u rafine for example a weapon wich is +5 and u have on it 3/3 hardness , if the rafine to +6 fails the weapon doesnt happen anything but the 3/3 hardness become 2/2, and if u finish all hardness and you trying to rafine again and it fails then your weapon is destroyed !
