Im cant play 9D..plz help

i have a problem with 9D now..

when i run the game..

it say.. "Fail to connect to an upgrade imformation server"

this is 1st time i see this problem..

my internet connection ok..

already uninstall n install the game several time.

whin i ping acclaim = "ping time out"

it happen since 22 June 2008.

plz.. somebody help me..

u using ownmade hacks? if so don't
whats your speed of connection?
use support of acclaim.
it seems it cannot connect to the upgrade server hmm...

maybe u just have to manual patch the game once and it might downlaod its own patches after you did so. I had related issues not just from 9dragons but also from GW that it won't update etc.
so i manual patch and i whas ok xD

i use broadband..
about 1MBps speed connection..
i dont use any hack..
clean free installation..

but i have other problem..

when i click login and connect..

its say "An unknown error has accurred. errorcode = -1"

somebody, help me again...

now i cant play the game about a week..

so sad

hmmm so you can get ingame but can't connect?
well then you might reset your modem/router or maybe check if you do installed the driver of your modem/router.
windows can also block 9dragons from establishing conection with the net by using firewall.
alt+tab to see if there is a dialogue that say to block, unblock, cancel. And unblock it.
Or simply disable firewall in control panel.

EDIT: also tell me where you downloaded your client, because there are differnet client available.
best is to take the client from acclaim:

also connect to your fitted server: i live in belguim i choose europe as my server.

i do all that..
i have 5 pc and test with each of them.
still have same problem..
did it mean i get ban from 9D?
or my internet company that i use ban acclaim game?
waaa.. so sad i already lvl FD8
and must stop dreaming to become top 50 like my friends
how can i contact acclaim admin to ask about this?

before this, client i get it from my friends. so far its ok till this problem appear.

should i choose europe as my server to?

you should try both.
if this doesen't help then i suggest you ask for support from acclaim itself.

I download new 9D client from acclaim.
still can't play 9D with new fresh installation.
can u give me acclaim support mail.
i can't get 1
coz i can't get into acclaim website too.
maybe my address get ban or something.

i get the same error as you do ?

wtf i played the game yesterday now i get some idiotic error omg

cannot find support only forum support

EDIT: false alarm, when you get the error -1 just get out the game restart and try again. just wait till the keyboard comes up typ in the first 3 letters then the rest with your own keyboard

i must lunch the game many time till it ok.
then i can get to game.
have a error code -1
wait for a minute..
use screen keyboard to enter last 3 my psswd..
and now im in game
so happy..
but must try many time with game luncher

i thinks somebody already hack acclaim server
and make it sometime ok and sometime not ok.
to many error n need to try many times..
till my luck full, and i get in game..lol..
to tired to try n error..
