Once again, a bit more searching could've solved it.
Just write down the ID and steps (current 1, total 20), wait for it to make a 1 to 10 round, and when it starts to loop 0-8, just relog, or re-select character. You will have all RTD quest completed apart from the very last 2, for which you can find tuts on google.
Still, this requires that you are over EC6.
About the quest error, it's nothing. Just ignore it, you'll have it forever
