Do you think you could add support for the resolution settings so people with older moniters can force 800x600 windowed? I tried messing around with it in a text/hex editor, but ultimately failed.

Hmm check your ndreg.. if in ndreg is localhost then in your hosts file should be localhost too
or if in ndreg is localhost-9d in your hosts file should be localhost-9d
