But my curiosity seems to be overwhelming and now I have a brand new char on D9 Thai. As much as I can see there is only 1 server there. I got old NHTL files and looked inside them. I changed the IP of the server, ports do not need any change. Customized my ndreg and everything is fine. NHTL starts, game connects, character is logged but no tab appears. Of course game connect to localhost and packet transmitting is initiated by NHTL. So if there are keen people who want to make it work post here or pm me so we all can make it.
