Okayyy.... Something is wrong with my acc. o.O Cant login with it to the character selection. It worked few mins before that and other accs works perfect but one of them is bugged or smth. Can someone help? :/

I didn't have any update patch?
I re-opened launcher many times and waited till the "start" button will appear
but unfortunately-I can't play it cuz i lack pixel shader 3.0
