9D Thai rates?

Can someone tell me what are thailand D9 rates? i searched on google and all said its around x5. I see its normal x1, but drop is higher? And one question, is only Yin server at D9 ? I see it only

its around 3x xp rates at some levels.. i noticed it dose get slower on diffrent levels... skills xp i think is like 1x and drop is 2-3x ....

what lol ??? thai server xp rate is not 1x .... u can get to oc 1 in 45 min .... g1 takes a hours n a half if not more
