a leaguemate of mine who can read d9s forum has told me tonight that the gms have decided to allow english to be spoken in chat. in addition they said that anyone using hacks such as safe zone, speed, etc will be banned. but heres the entertaining part, buff trainers are allowed. we do need more working buff trainers for d9
