describe your errors.. what kind of error you get? What happens after you click start on launcher?

Did you check your resolution settings in launcher?

yes I check resolution
and when I click start in launcher nothing happen no error and no game
and HSHIELD not start
I think the problem is HSHIELD not run with launcher

I copy the game and try it on win Xp in Vmware and start normal but it is too slow to play

Delete your Hackshield folder completely and try run it again!

You don`t need to register there. You have to use as Login ID your Nickname which you have choosen while you registered your account. The password is the same.

I have heard a few people say are the promotion of EU 9D ... enter code as we can get a permanent deco 15% speed +3 slot ... I can get the key then where? do you know ?you can show me?

You can get that Key through buying a german Magazine. It`s called Chip Magazine from Chip.de
The deco is a special one. 3 slotted Permanent with 15% speed, pretty cool deco which has never been in game before.

....try it ...don't like it. Nothing new on this server...same low rates (you didn't learn nothing from thai version).
Same happy grinding stuff. More than that if you/they wanna improve the game and make it more "european" at least have the comon sense to put an english patch inside (don't come with your tiny tutorial...it's about client tansparency).
