4Story eg bug ?

Hallo! ,

ich hab folgendes problem , wen ich 4story eg starte , mich einlogge , charakter auswähle läuft alles noch wie geschmiert , dann beim laden bleibt es bei "lade Daten" hängen . was kann ich da machen ?
