I have a problem with the client. I have d3d9.dll enabled and people don't get it. when it d3d9.dll removes them they are going but with fps drops.

what the problem is and how it can be solved?

The informations you gave are not enough. Which client? For official? For pservers? For which pserver? Do you have windows 10? If so which version? After 1809 d3d9.dll can't be used. Give people more info or you won't get any help.

im on 1903, using old d3d9.dll from older windows version and no problems on any server
