I don"t have a lot of hope here but someone can tell me the steps to add chakra? i dont ask for the code but only a way to add it.

I think you won't get more (public) help about that feature. This concept is only on 1 server and it's a special thing which shouldn't be used by every amateur project.
The whole idea of chakras started from 'Dark Wings' which are the part of soul loterry created by Zemi.
Every server copied something from someone else but we ( PServers) copied also almost everything from Zemi.
I respect P4Story Developers because they did a lot of great things but whole 4story section dont spin around P4story.
If I find a little bit of free time I will show you the easiest way to create Dark Wings.
Lets make it clear PlayTActionSFX don't resolve all of the problems when you're trying to create a chakra, you need to make few more things in sources.
