I don't understand the last part of your post with the war so do you want to change the time of war too?

well you could change your Gold amount in TCHARTABLE (TGAME_GSP).
Just search your char and change it^^
But you should be logged out.

no one else says when everyone starts the game starts with a lot of gold how can i make it not to start with this gold

Open TCreateChar Function and look for the dwGold value.
