4story and windows 10 arent the best friends... you need the old d3d9.dll (i guess you already heard of that file because almost every single player was talking about this topic atleast once since 2017)
and if your server has hackshield you also need a bypass for that one so that you can put the dll into the gamefolder.
if you cant find any of these files write me a message.. but please try to find it by yourself first.
