whatever i tried it but what the ****, you get no +13-16 equip for lvling up, it took 1 hour to do lvl 9 with quests.. how you're even supposed to lvl up in docs like that?
also much talks about free items for upgrading in doc but same rates if not worse than the official servers for upgrading items
