Well, 3.4 patch contains lotta places for hackers(2nd battle, Narwasi, ..), it's why we aren't using it.
Upp items in second battle, well... private server doesn't mean everything for free and players in our server can loot upp items in Ardir, Hesed or Gor.
And our upp rates are between normal and twice better. Easy to get +18(+20) gear, hard to get +22(+24) gear.
Anyway, gems and 40lv gear ... Ok, it might be new, but we still offer to players produce their own old pvp items with classical, hard, production. The lv.40 gear is here mainly for donaters and traders. There are different improvements of gears, not like at p4s and the other servers.
The base version of server is patch 4.3 which is border between the new and the old.
