It has come to our attention with the ever growing population of illegal 4Story private servers being made, for action to be taken.

Which is why we are pleased to announce to you all that over the coming weeks Zemi Interactive will be taking legal action against all 4Story private servers being hosted.

We thank you for the support you provide for 4Story and hope this will all pass over with ease and will do our best to offer a good gaming experience in Zemi Game.

This is very funny I think, they just ask for support because they finally understand their own servers are **** and the most PServers do a better job than the offical servers.

They wanna close P4Story and Eden .
Cuz most players play there .

P4Story is actually very safe.

Its not about beeing safe or unsafe.. It's about Copyright things.. They will not just "shutdown" the servers, they will "will be taking legal action against all 4Story private servers being hosted.". It's something different about beeing safe or unsafe... ZEMI is a big and powerfull enterprise with a big economic power, so don't think this will be easy for p4Story. But yes, we can be sure that p4S owners are already looking a way to stay online (or maybe they already found it ). We can't say the same about Eden because everything is stollen from ZEMI xD

There is no way to keep server Online if Zemi have copyright for all server files .
P4Story cant win with Zemi .
So the best way is just a close the server cuz its my opinion .

p4Story can and probably will win with Zemi, Eden won't. Anyways, Zemi isn't big company, they have like 30-50 emloyees, that's all, so don't say things like ,,big economic power", money was and probably still is problem why they can't sue these servers.

hm.... if one biggest server closed, 10 new server openned... so... i can understand Zemi but this is really not good idea... we do this when the game is in expansion... but this game is dead, and somes of other mmorpg open again in this year or in 2016.

Some Private Servers have fixed more bugs than official server, and that´s one of problems why nobody plays 4S anymore, and its actually very sad.

Which server do you mean? I think that the Zemi do it because on gf server nobody want play.. Only p2w and nothing more. Players is scamming other players, gm is giving items to game etc.
The game experience on gf server is not good and it's the primary reason why players search private server. And in private server this person have better experience though the server have more bugs than on gf server..

Even if there will be a lawsuit against p4story, just assume it, it will take a minimum of 1 year time until they actually get sued and have to go to court + the time the lawsuit takes which can be several years in addition. All of course just if the p4story hosts don't sign an agreement with Zemi.
In addition to this , i got an response from p4story. They said ususally the official servers don't take real action, it's just to scare the players and the server hosts, because such lawsuits are pretty expensive and in 2 or 3 years which such one would take, the game will be completly dead so i don't think you have to be scared at all.
Finally they wrote that zemi increased the price for the license which is allowing p-servers to be online by a riddiculous amount of money just to pull back players because no one is playing on the "official servers" anymore, and gameforge is actually not giving any ***** for the game, it's just Zemi which is still "fighting" the downfall.

So all in all i think P4story will survive, but who knows. Maybe the hosts of it will be threatend so harsh that they will close the server.

Now 60% players what play on private server will play other game or 1/4 of most played server will back to official servers :x

That's not true. Zemi is a very small company with limited ressources. Legal actions will not care anybody, take a look at Gameforges legal actions. This company has taken a lot of tries to close Eden and P4story, but both servers are still online.
Only way to close these servers is to find out all relevant informations about server hosters, so they can force these server hosters to close a private server, because project owners havent public rights.
So it's very implausible that Eden or P4s will be closed.
