Need help for translate

I like to translate some things from cz to eng.
Can someone tell me how can i do it?
What files i need to use?
What programs are need for the translate?

Tcd folder, TQuest, TClientCmd

Normally to translate 4Story files you need to edit the TCD files and TClient.exe.
Of course, to translate TClient.exe you need the source of it ^^ TCD files you just need to find some with the same version of yours. Or you can translate them by hand, wich is harder. Use Hex or some TCD Editors that are public here on epvp.
