Problem with 4Story launcher

I have written a game launcher. Everything are working, but when I click on button "Start game" the launcher has written error.

I close the launcher and start launcher again everythings are working and the button "Start game" is working too without any error. But I wish if I start launcher on first time and everything work without error..

Anyway Nami add the Admin rights to Launcher

!!!! It's working!!!! You are awesome! :3 But why when I started it as administrator it's working and if I start it normally it is not working?
