Need help pls!

Hi guys, i have created my server with 3.5 file..
I can connect to the client and play the game but happy tool won't work!
I connect to happy tool and the interface is like bugged:


How can i fix this problem? Thx to all!

No, i have 3.5 source files but there isn't happy tool in the source
